we stayed in room no 305. bathroom smelled like gutter probably due to some structural defect. whole property has this peculiar smell. they shouldn't have allotted us a room with faulty bathroom.

Hotel was good, but the problem was that they didn't have a lift for senior citizens, though the offered ramps were difficult. The restaurant is small and was overcrowded for summers. Although food was good and staff as well. For the first few days, the pool had a distinctive smell, which improved on telling them. Spa at the hotel is good. They have a huge telescope for kids that you have to ask them to put on request. There is nothing close to the hotel. The four km stretch to the hotel is quite bumpy.

The location was not good. Approach road was totally broken for about 4kms. Quality of breakfast was also average
