there is no lift in the hotel my 7 month pregnant wife is deny to go upstairs but still hotel person not accepting our cancellation request
and room is very unhygienic very

Room was spacious with a heritage kinda look , clean room with good interiors of hotel, but tv wasn't working even on request.

There are cockroaches everywhere in the bathroom and in the room also and the room smells like pesticide and bedsheets are also not clean there are some stains on the bed cover and bathroom water coming to the bedroom

I booked room in jyoti mahal, and paid the price 2600. Which i booked after seeing spacious room.
And when i reached hotel for check in, they sent me to Hotel Pinky Villa saying its same property. Where the room was so small that there was no space to even walk around.
And i checked the price of the room in Pinky Villa hotel and it was found to be 1500 only.
But as everybody says, its PAHARGANJ.

it was a nice stay there hotel was neet and clean very cooperative staff and the room was fabulous
I am fully satisfied
