the room was very comfortable and clean i stayed with my family with two children the bed was comfortable for my family, the staff was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay at kanchan hotel.

Fat receptionist very rude. Any government issued ID card works but she insisted in Aadhar card only. Property is not well maintained. Hot water was not available for bath. whole property smelled of dried fish. Pool was not clean. Too many mosquitos. No one was available at reception at the time of checkout.

1. there are 4 fish oil and fish meal factory near this hotel and trust me. the whole sorrounding smells so pathetic you cant breathe. such a disgusting foul fish oil smell the whole are has and this smell comes in the rooms also. Means what is the point for leasure when u cant even breath.2. the location is so isolated that you do not have anything nearby. you want to wat something you want to spend some time nearby, you cant. there is nothing nearby. for anything you have to spend 100 rs for a ...more

Hotel is very dirty and unclean.Pillow and bedsheets were used ones.Rooms wese smelling badly.If possible pls not suggest to family for staying.

1) Good hotel at a budgeted price.
