    not good. Room very dusty. Even the charges are as per 4 star hotel they did not provide any mineral water. The staff only knows Kannada and its difficult to talk to them if you don’t know the local language

    it was nice stay . my kids were not able to eat typical Karnataka food, manager has manage food of their choice. thank u very much.

    The location and the stay was good. But felt it is costly for the price paid. Food is not upto the mark. The attitude of the manager was not so good. He is very business minded and charged expensive prices for the food ordered. He had charged 50rupees for 2 boiled eggs! Which is not at all reasonable. Also omelette he charged 70 rs. He also tried to charge us 1000 Rs for jungle safari telling it is difficult to get the tickets, but we got the tickets from the reservation counter for just 500 rs.

    Good points: 1. Very helpful and cordial staff 2. Good food and service 3. Good parking space 4. Good ambience 5. Toilet was clean Areas for improvements: 1. Toilet flush was leaking and not fixed even after reporting. 2. Toilet and changing space should be fully covered to prevent insects 3. Taps in sink not fixed properly and no proper water pressure.
