place and ambience of the resort is too cool....neat and hygiene rooms..nice and tasty food.... warm welcoming staff available for u r service 24/7... overall very nice resort to stay with family

I stayed in Kadkani along with my family and had booked two rooms. The level of rooms and services offered in this route are not upto the mark, especially considering the exorbitant room rent that they charge. Below is my point to point detailed review.
Rooms - Not clean at all. Dirt marks all across the windows, lots of insects and spiders crawling within the room. AC leaking within the room. Though the room service was quick, however there were too many problems too complain about. Bathroom ...more

Kadkani river resort is one of the best ever visited. the resort is very beautiful resort with natural landscapes of green lashings forest, its on bank of river.. superb Deluxe cottages.. Food is great specially veg. Must try River rafting in Kaveri river... kids enjoyed the most. must visit.. Humble staff

Very good property feel like home no restrictions whatsoever to spend quality time to the fullest. Kudos to the food and if lucky you can ask them to prepare what you like and they prepare mouth watering food. Drinks is little higher. Ponnappa, Harish, Naveen etc are top notch guys. Will plan to visit again in future.

I would have given 4 or 5 star. But Cleanliness and room quality makes me disappointed(so 3.5 star). Once I reached the resort... The way they welcome their guest was really great. Very friendly and professional staff members. But rooms were not cleaned and smelly. I called service desk...immediately they were there and cleaned the room and spray.
