While booking it was shown as ac room , but while checked in they provided non ac room only

I booked this hotel for my relatives thinking it's a new property. But the even the blankets were not provided in AC room, walls were looking dirty and also the bedsheets were having yellow stains.
Only the bathroom was clean.

rooms and bathrooms are not clean. staffs are good but the amenities are not avilabke as per they listed. bathrooms are dirty and rooms are also dirty
