there is no lift available and TV is also not working. staff is not supportive very pathetic hotel

bahut jyada time tak reciption par wait karaya or mujhse bola ki payment kese hua apka rooms ki light din bhr aati jaati rahi.pani ki bottle ka charges extraa liya.tv working nhi tha.behaviour rude tha.

if you ever visit Kota, don't book this hotel . Staying there is a bad nightmare for you all the services are so bad it's just a waste of money.
