very bad state of service:1. made us offboard on the wrong gate in the heat2. gate supposed to be the entrance was locked3. AC not working 4. dirty dustbin / bucket 5. Restaurant was shady and without lighting - number given to order food wasnt picking up (no way to get food) 6. Stains on the bed

DON'T RECOMMEND ANY BODY TO COME AND DISAPPOINT UR SELF. CHINESE FOOD IS IN THERE MENU BUT THEY ORDER IT FROM OUTSIDE REHRI LEVEL QUALITY AND CHARGE U DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF THIRD CLASS QUALITY. I CHANGED BOTH MY ROOMS BECAUSE OF NON WORKING AC'S. WE TOLD FOR ROOM WITH FRIDGE AND ELECTRIC KETTLE BUT AFTER COMPLAINING WE GET BOTH ITEMS. GET SOAP AND TOWEL ALSO AFTER DEMAND

it's very awesome property . there is lots of things for kids to enjoy. evening ambience is awesome . Pure vegetarian food is available. they have also arrange the jain food ( without garlic and onion also arranged quickly)staff behavior very cooperative and supportive .however room size is small.

Over all experience was ok just because of there lawn area.
Room experience was pathetic,no amenities in the room.
No TV, no geyser, no welcome drinks,
No almirahs.
There is one broken bed to sleep only.
Staff was good and polite
Food is ok.
One star for staff and
One star for food.
Good for day activity only but not recommended for stay purpose.
