Bad experience, the rooms are not good. The biggest problem is the cleanliness of this hotel. The lift, the corridors are extremely dirty with waste being kept in the stairways. Sometimes water will not come, sometime tv won't work and sometime a remote. I faced all these issues in my stay
The staff are not very responsive but they are still the best part of this hotel.
And yeah you won't get free water bottles, if you need you have to buy it.
If you are coming with family then just stay away from here.
Better shell out few hundreds more and stay at other property.

I have shifted to 3 rooms in one night as there was issues with AC, Geser and water.
The Ac was not working, the gerser tubes were removed and the next morning the motor has issue so I dont had water to freshen up
The hotel staff tried to facilitate me with eminities by chaning the rooms for AC and geser but the rooms are pathetic and has fowl smell.
It's the last tym I am booking this room....
Hoping the hotel staff may improve their ambience and the eminities.....

Room was filled with 100s of cockroaches. We stayed for 6 nights in this hotel and for each night but room was cleaned only 2 times during our stay. No in-house kitchen is available. Internet didn't worked for 4 days. You have to call repeatedly for the room service to get your work done.
Very disappointed. Sorry to say Hotel is not worth the cost we have paid for our stay.

I liked the hotel cleanliness was good hygeine was good housekeeping was little slow but we managed. Would come back to same hotel
