    over all bad experience, don't book this hotel by just viewing review, dirty washrooms, staff is illiterate, don't know basic manners to knock the door or ring bell before coming..No channel working on TV.. just a showpiece..

    kanha is the best place to stay in kashipur. nice rooms , superb food facilities and the best is the staff support and cooperation. most recommended.

    Worst experience. Pathetic Hotel. Recently at the Hotel.. Just Checked in to a so called Delux Room. Toilet flush not working. Ceiling fan only run at lowes speed. TV not working. Wasted my 45 minutes in name of repairing and then was told to use bucket instead of flush and to Keep the window open for air instead of Fan.. AC even not cooling. Staff is ill- mannered and maner less moking and laughing on my senior colleagues. Never waste a peny in such garbage hotel with stupid staff.

    Its not a hotel. Its a proper lodge. Room intercom phone not working. No luggage boy. Room lighting was like bar. No cards accepted as payment. And that too even not mentioned anywhere. They act like "rehna hai toh raho nahi to niklo"
