it was an bed room inside house of owner. when I spoke with GOIBEBO to help me out. he said he cannot refund the amount bec owner denied to do it.
owner got agitated because of me complained to GOIBEBO and owner threatened me of harming me physical, touched me inappropriate and abused me with verbally, putting my wife and 3yr old kid outside in the dark. we had to escape from his bad manners and find the other hotel after lodging police complaint near by police station.
it completely destroyed our mind

Staff behavior, amenities and services were nice. Location was nice. There was dining facility. There was no complimentary services.
