it was horrible, very dirty property though location is very nice right on the beach. the owner and reception staff very rude. i had booked luxury room but was given a deluxe room. no one was ready to listen there. not a great experience.

No facilities available here. food quality is really worst. Living is ok. Nearby availability is nothing. Non refundable cancellation system.

2 stars are only for the location. Else there is nothing worth staying here. No food, no breakfast. Only fast food like noodles is available. Parking is on the road and not private. AC condensate leaking inside the room. Stay only if you are there for a night.

Good Place to stay for beach lovers. Safe Parking for cars and bikes Bathrooms are not clean A/C not working.

they didn't have bathroom lock it was dirty room geyser was not working bathroom was dirty bathroom door was not there srry it was lock no soap stands available in bathroom it's was horrible experience spider webs in bed which they allocted in the room

Overall experience was fine as we were only staying for the night and hardly spent 12 hours there most of which we were sleeping. Rooms are spacious although the whole property is looking old with paint peeling off in few places within the room. I guess it's an old property which has been renovated recently as there is false ceiling with lighting and split air conditioning. No food is available have to buy from outside shops. Zomato or swiggy are. it available. other than that rooms was nice. neat. the stay and rooms were neat

Excellent value for money with probably the best location to stay in Karaikal. Very spacious rooms and friendly staff. Covid seems to have taken a toll as there seems to be a shortage of staff and cleanliness could be improved.
