had a recently bad stay at hotel karammoottil.. the room was neat and clean. air conditioner was not working .. when i raised the complaint to the reception.. he said there is no other room and i should stay in there . in the early morning there is power cut for more than 1 hour and there is no back up in thr hotel. me and my wife had to stay in that closed room without proper ventilation. the complimentary breakfast was served onl after 8:30. please dont suggest these hotels in your site. if this kind of things happening.. we wil not book frm u in the future.
