We recently stayed at this resort, and while the room and overall ambience were quite good, our experience was severely let down by the food and hospitality. The food quality was far below expectations—bland, overpriced, and simply not worth the cost. We were shocked at the huge food charges and when we raised our concern, the General Manager never bothered to meet us despite the front office staff calling him twice.
