No room service despite of many calls even they don't pick calls when you will request for room service, even we booked this for kid's birthday celebration but no arrangement from their side. Moreover, UnderTheNeem cafe is over priced as they will give you 4 mini paneer cubes in 800/- ₹ that too stale. There is nothing for entertainment and no activities at all, stay was quite boring.

staying was quite good and specially i like the calm, beautiful and peaceful nature of environment. so for that i recommend this resort. but for services, it is extremely disappointing, very low professional and pathetic for paying huge amounts of money. i didn’t expect this kind of poor service from this huge called resort. because they never care about your calls and request. so i won’t recommend to anyone

My lunch had hair and the staff was not even bothered that much. Which is soo sad. Rest of the things will not matter ofcourse after this

Beautiful calm place but not much activities to do.. Their lakeside restaurant does not serve Indian food .. there were lot of insects and smell near lake ..highly priced rooms .. not value for money
