It's not value for money. The room & bathroom were average & the service was good. But as per room rent we expected some better quality room. Lift available, good to stay for family with aged members

From jasidih station it's 20 to 25 min by Tempo or toto. Hotel is at tower chowk. Baidyanath dham is walking 10min from hotel. Market and restaurants are beside hotel. all having veg and south indian foods due to nearby mandir. hotel staffs are good and they can serve you drinking water chai etc.. Delux ac rooms are clean and ok.Tv woking. nice hotel in prime location at deoghar ,just adjacent to the clock tower,with car parking facility ... staffs are very helpful and friendly . Blindly I am recommending hotel kartik tower for everyone wish to visit deoghar . Mandir is just 4 minutes walking distance .

Hotel is neat & clean but all toiletries not provided (only soap & 01 towel for 02 person provided) Overall Good.

‌I had booked delux ac room of 161 sq ft whose description clearly mentioned one double bed and two single beds. We were three adults one child travelling, so it seemed perfect. But on checking in, Hotel Kartik offered a very small room (room no 108) measuring about 130 sq feet and consisting of only one double bed. The hotel manager refused to give the room which we had applied for. Instead he only supplied a folding bed. Extremely disappointing experience, did not expect this

Location good, vicinity to Baba Mandir and market is an added factor. Other than this, the hotel is not recommended on any other ground. Disappointed with quality of room and other services.

No photographs taken. Front office staffs and other staffs behavior appreciable. Spacious room. They have no kitchen but they supply from nearby restaurants. Hotel location is at Tower chak. No parking space.

Hotel Kartik is very near to market & eating joints, baba dham is also at walking distance.Location is good, room is ok, but they don't provide, water bottles, dental kits, bathing soap, shampoo, nothing except toilet soap.Nobody came to change the bedsheets next day after repeated calls, every time they said abhi bhej rehay hain, but nothing has been done.
