The hotel was good , everything was fast including the check-in , the room service was excellent, including the food.
The rooms were maintained properly, cleaned , rhe views were very nice

Disappointing Experience at Kasar Himalaya Holiday HomeOur stay at Kasar Himalaya Holiday Home from May 2-4, 2025, was marred by poor service and unprofessional behavior from the owner and receptionist. Despite the resort having few guests, they insisted we order dinner, denying us plates if we didn't comply. They even objected to us bringing snacks from outside, leading to unnecessary arguments. Very nice property. They provide us with a nice cottage in lieu of our two rooms. Good food.Good hygiene and cleanliness. The only suggestion is to provide a liberal quantity of tea/Coffee and other mixes to make your own tea coffee.Owners Nandan and Gopal Mehra are nice warm people.
Cosy and safe family place. I feel like moving around in my own home. Other Guests' profile seems good thus providing you with a good company in the dining and common area.

Super comfortable rooms and the view from our room was also amazing.
The behavior of the staff is also very nice and the food is very palatable .
The room heater provided was also free of cost which is another plus point if you compare with the contemporaries where they charge for the same.
The only thing which bothered me was the light in the rooms were very less at the night and might be difficult to work.

This is one of the best holiday home I have stayed in the hills. The old adage, don't judge a book by it's cover goes well with this property as the outside look doesn't give the traveller the very best impression. When you enter the property, it is majestically designed and at the lap of the nature with clean rooms, high standard of hygeine and warm camaraderie with the property staff and the owner.
