after getting into the room they are not giving any service they are not able to turn on tv it like a show piece in the room and they are charging extra for water and they are giving only 1 water bottle free for 4 members there is no lift in hotel poor behaviour of staff I don't recommend to stay there very poor

Hotel is starting from 1st floor without any lift service and from hotel location, no cabs can be found, for that additional travel has to be arranged

I recently stayed at Hotel Kashi Grand Inn and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. While the hotel's location was convenient, the charges were exorbitant compared to the subpar services provided.
*Overpriced*
The room rates were unusually high, especially considering the lackluster amenities and services. For the price, I expected a much better experience.
