good location and excellent place... Hotel is 8km from the pahelgam but pick up nd drop facility is provided by hotel... the view is amazing and hotel staff is also good..specially Mr Ramesh.. he gives very good service ..

Only 4-5 rooms are ready for stay. no towel. no soap was provided. Very bad food. Location is very good as it is along the river side. service was very poor. stair case, passages are still unfurnished. wil not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Stay was not so good over there. They do not provide hot water. There rooms are not good and uncomfortable. Pillows are quite dirty. Geezer was not there. Food was good. Location is OK OK. They have to work on the cleanliness.

Before check in I got a call from Goibibo management and they told that there was some issue in the Kashi Resorts so they shifted to the hotel Glacier and hotel is worst.

worst hotel.on website it gives add near main market but it is 10 to 12 km from market. worst service and facility.dirty rooms

Stayed for 1 day @kashi resort which is simple and a budgeted hotel....would recommend hotel staff to place ceiling fans as well and no telephones available to call for service staff...food needs improvement as well....far from pahalgham City....recommend for a short stay.

Rooms are not great but the location and view from the rooms is exceptional. You can see the river, the mountains and the clouds and on a good day it is breathtaking! Just be a little beware that this area is 10 km away from main Pahalgam town and unless you have your own transportation, it is difficult for you to move around. Would highly recommed for the location, though not for the rooms. Staff is very helpful.

Location was perfect, it is situated near to the Rafting point. But the drawback was that it does not have any connectivity to road. It was not possible to take car on the doorstep of the resort. The resort is located on the other side of river bank, had to go there via a bridge. And the main city is also far from this place, approx. 8-9 km. which takes 15-20 minutes to reach. And when we entered the resort, i did not like the infrastructure of this, room size was good but the furniture placed in the room was not of good quality.
