I had booked a deluxe room on 11th january.but the reception staff did not give me a good room at all.there was no chair in that room. and the staff is very stupid and threatening,the person who stays at the counter is more threatening,my wife and I did not understand how to talk to a woman. No safety for family..staff is very strange..what is the use of booking a hotel room where I booked but that counter person did not give me a deluxe room...very very bad hotel kashiba

It was good stay with good service pankaj & Mayur were very helpful. Good location easily accessible. It only serves veg dishes and egg preparations. Only problem with our room was it was full of mosquitos.

The bathroom window was broken, there was no electricity as soon as you entered the room and the hotel was in somewhere other than where it wanted to be.
