location was good but the property was in very bad condition, foul smell in room, airconditioner water leakage, power failure, comode seat was broken,no maintenance was there for the property

The cleanliness standard is very poor, lot of smoke smell and food left over that was not cleared when we checked in. There was used contraceptive that was left in our bathroom. Very bad in terms of cleanliness and service. Please avoid this unless you have no choice.

We visit this place so many times but the new staff is so lazy even we tried phone multiple times but no one is received the call.. i will never visit again..

The hotel rooms were not maintained properly. There was strange smell in washroom and there were cockroches everywhere in the room. AC was not working properly. will not recommend at all

This is my 4 visit and during this visit, I found the service had gone bad. I found so many cockroaches under my bed I called room service 6 times, but they didn't come so I checked out early morning before checkout time. I felt unhygienic and had no support from the team Please make your quality and standard best if you are charging (3500 per night) like a 3-4 star hotel.

This is my most frequently visited hotel however its serious inconvenience as the hotel staff is not aware of 24hours checkin bookings and keeps calling early morning to checkout and force to checkout i really wish they work on this

Great location plus infrastructure. Hotel is nice and rooms are spacious. Clean & hygienic environment and even food is also nice. Only issue is we ordered prawns koliwada it is for 600 that is not great other dish was cheap like below 300 that is not other than this great services staff is also friendly, great for couple

This has been my go to place since years.this was my first worst experience with the hotel. The washroom wer stinking, I called them around 2am for 2plates and bowls to have food had to call them 7times to get plates. No one was answering calls on Room service number 111. After the last call attempt the person who attended the reception mobile number said I gave them wrong room number and its my mistake however I gave the correct room number each time it was there issue with active listening fin ...more

Pros: The locality is nice and safe. Room was well furnished and well lit. AC worked well. Staff was helpful and polite. Cons: Bathroom had small insects. Toiletries were cheap. Toilet itself wasn't clean. Bedsheets and towels had stains. Elevator wasn't working early in the morning. Conclusion: It's fine for a night stay. But not worth the price. They could at least keep the bathroom and sheets clean.
