good place with the worst experience. The hotel has nice stay but one evening in lobby some anti social elements was smoking and drinking in very uncomfortable attire. even after complaint to reception no one bothered to stop them all males were making chaos till 2 am since 10 pm.

First of all I have booked this hotel by considering very nice rating. I dont know how people have rated it so high. It is not worth the money you have spent. I have booked Junior suite considering best available amenities with the hotel as per description given. But to our surprise a lot of things were just for writing but not at all available in room. Rooms were clean no doubt but if you are paying a big amount for a Suite room we expect atleast basic amenities like tea/coffee, ironing etc... ...more

cleanliness needs to be improved... specially linens needs to be changed after guest goes..this is missing in this hotel.... complimentary water bottles not provided which was uncalled for

My wife and I recently stayed at Hotel Kashni and were very disappointed with our experience. While the hotel itself appeared new and clean, the overall service and quality was severely lacking.
To start, there was no complimentary water, tea, or coffee provided - basic amenities that we have come to expect at hotels. This was a major inconvenience, especially since we arrived tired and thirsty.
