hotel room was too small, staff behavior is not good, no hot water supplied, room heater also not provided,
once bon fire was arranged for other family, but when we want to join they simply told to not join... this kind of hospitality not expected...

Hotel Heritage Almora is an excellent option to get a glimpse of heritage ambience blended with spectacular views. It is situated on Mall road and offers large parking facilities.
Furthermore, it also features a stunning lawn where you can witness the beauty of hills in all its glory!

location was quite good as well as the room (If you are booking this hotel, take deluxe room instead of standard one). The hotel owner was kind enough to arrange bonfire for us. however, room service is not up to the mark. We ordered our dinner around 7.30 pm but did not get it. we had to starve the entire night. The lady in charge of the reception was not helpful at all.
