Bad experience. Non hygienic. I stayed there while travelling to Dhanbad from Delhi and everything was horrible.

rooms are ok but service was poor.
room service staff is very unprofessional.
bedsheet and quilts are dirty , had stain here and there.
room was not cleaned properly and had damaged locks.
overall it was an average hotel for only short period stay.

I was booked two rooms for 9th sep to 12 sep 2023 & paid all booking amount in advance. some reason I would leave hotel on 11th sep. at 10.15 am then I request concerning hotel for bill but they not provide bill & not help for 1day before check out information. hotel kaushik services & accommodation was so poor. it's my advice to everyone don't stay on this hotel . wastage of money . Zero ratings

Close to the Heritage hospital on the highway. Great priceLooked down on us for getting a room Gave us a cramped room with no exhaust working, cringed to give 2 towels Forget about extra pillows .. We stayed only because the hospital was very close...
