cleaning and hygiene is good, staff behaviour politely. check in and check out is good. over all hotel kavya is very good for stay with or without family, nno any safety issue.

There was no sanitation and smell was awful in the room. We had to leave room for few hours.
in morning there was no running water, we had to make up with the half bucket water.
Room service was also awful.
They turned off the electricity in our absence and even though we had left our laptop to charge.
bedsheet and blanket were dirty.
it was the worst experience in the whole trip to somnath and dwarka.

there was no table, no cupboard, no socket to charge the phone. I paid more than regular and they provided non AC room.

A very small bathroom, you can't even bath properly.
The room is also very small.
