hotel is near bus stand on mall road, old property, ventilation is not their, food is economical, room is smelly, no exhaust fan in bathroom,tv is working, fan is their, not worth for money! no recommended for couples.

first thing to choose it that staff of kitchen,room was very supportive .. you need not to pay for your generel requirements .. hot water supply ,tv , electricity point fan are good in condition .. only problem is that rooms and bathrooms are smaller in size in economic rooms .. besides it, it is perfect in location less walking distance from bus station and it is in front of naina lake , no climbing on steep slobe to reach this hotal .. overall good .. they also provide bikes and cars to wander location near nainital ..

the stay at kay kay's hotel @ mall road was an absolute wonderful experience,just loved this hotel and location. view from the towards naini lake was excellent....

view from top the stay over hotel kay kay was okay , the staff were friendly and helpful but the room had some weird smell and the food provided by them was not up to my expectations.

Good..Right at the beginning of mall road.. You have to climb some steps.. Good view of lake and road.. Have a restaurant..Food is good.

Room are not clean small cockroaches are roaming in room. The staff on reception is also very rude and not changed room despite many requests and complaints. Hotel room are small and not clean.
