Very was good hotel to stay. The room was well maintained & clean, staffs were excellent, dinning was also there & the timing was from 12 PM noon to 12 AM midnight. Hotel location was very far the Airport.

We stayed for one night and our experience in one word is "awesome ". The hotel can be classified as 5 star. The rooms are very big and cozy. The mattress are awesome and we had wonderful sleep. it is on the NH66 close to payyanur.
But I dont rate the restaurant is high as the food is average. We ordered for paneer butter masala which is vegetarian and we suspect it was having egg mix.

The service and the staff conduct was good but the hotel was unhygienic. The location of this hotel is on the main road.

One of the best stays. The idea is that it's not a 5 star hotel and we should not expect some 5 star service from them.
Good
1. The staff: One of the biggest USPs of the hotel. The staff is very cordial and will go out of their way to get things done from procuring cabs and arranging staplers etc.
2. Affordability: One of the best parts about the hotel is that most of the food and even beverages are very affordable and hygienic.
3. Rooms are clean and spacious.

the water heater wasn't working initially but the receptionist and the service men were so nice,they were ready to give us hot water at 4 in the morning.
