totally bad experience room was not clean dust on bed sheets and ac is not working properly when i try to contact at reception they send a man who is very rude can not recommend this hotel to anyone 2

Feels outdated and overpriced. You might want to consider negotiating on the price or exploring other options that offer more modern features at a better value. Alternatively, if you really like the room itself, you could factor in the cost of updating some of the furniture or fixtures.

..Breakfast was good but no cleaning of bed,cusions and bedsheet. towel is also very old.
