they were not flexible with early check in, check in is allowed only after 2 pm, which is late. other than that, everything was awesome

We enjoyed the stay at kemps cave, hotel staff agreed for early checkin and as promised we were allowed to check in early. Food was good, staff is very helpful and room was clean and hygiene.
They have limited room heaters are available for Rs 500/ day. But we couldn't get one.
Alternatively room service provided with an extra comforter.

I booked the place for 3 night but had to leave on the second day itself.
I had a very disappointing stay at Kemp's Cave. First off, there was no hot water available during my entire stay, which made showering extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the property advertised free Wi-Fi, but there was none, leaving me disconnected the whole time.

I have booked 2 classic rooms for 3 adults and 2 kids. The location is near to Ooty Bot house, Near Darshan Hotel. We got rooms in down stairs(under ground). The TVs in both rooms were not working. Even after repeated complaints, the reception guy came in and told that he will replace the set top box, but it was not changed till checkout. We are paying the amount for all these amenities including TV. Rooms are OK and toilets are neat but their SERVICE must be More PROFESSIONAL.

Amazing property. Its like a business hotel in the mountains. I have booked classic without breakfast. Was difficult to find the property with map. Red school must be the landmark.
Silent Atmosphere and highly professional hotel.
