Hotel Staff unprofessional, Must Avoid Booking.
Local Crowd exploits these rooms for fun and Other Activities more as a result loud music is being played after 12 In the night.
Followed by zomato Swiggy guys keep on supplying food for the whole night and unknown people come and press the Doorbell even after 3:00 AM in the morning.
We had a very tough time trying to sleep.
Worst Hotel To stay .

the bathroom tap was broken.
no window for ventilation in the room.
the food was okayish.
tv was not working properly.
construction work on the floor where i stayed and it was a nuisance sometimes.

very bad experience. no professionalism at all. bad food quality, we ordered only coffee and it was below average. no room cleanness. not great bathroom, dirty bedsheets and mattress, dirty floor. ridiculous experience. poor hotel. i will never visit it again. food, bed, bathroom, water, cleanness, bedsheets, mattress, furniture, mirror, washbasin, everything was bad

If i could give zero stars thats what i would give to this hotel keptown. It was the most miserable place ive been to my entire life. The locks on the room were lose and bathroom was dirty. Bedsheets didnt smell right and overall i would never suggest this place to couples or women because the place was absolutely creepy. Horrible experience.
Dont waste your money
Everything was wrong. There were cracks on the walls and ceiling and the ac didnt work fine and locks werent working properly. Didnt feel safe at all. Would not suggest this to anyone
