This hotel should be banned as they have denied my prepaid booking and i was helpless at that time with my family
Strick action to be taken so that this should not happen with anyone in future.

The stay at the hotel was not so good.As there was frequent power cut offs and no water supply in the rooms.I complaint hotelier regarding this but they always gave excuses like there were some problem of electricity and all.The location of the hotel was good.
