The hotel was clean and in a good location. The staff was helpful and also the food was tasty. Good hotel at this rate during the peak season of Holi in mathura. The room had a foul smell all throughout, no ventilator or exhaust fan in the washroom, the washroom door was broken, the basin clogged and the washroom was flooded with the water passage way being clogged too. The staff was laid back and had to call them multiple times for simple complementary things like towel,soap,etc. Almost had to remind them to come and provide us with things like an extra pillow and extra mattress multiple times. If someone is thinking of taking a trip to Govardhan don't avail the " EECO" cab service, the car was in a horrible condition.

Property is newly built and have clean rooms. Rooms are little smaller but comfortable. Staff behaviour is good and welcoming. There is no power backup for AC since we experienced electricity cut off once for 15-20 mins. Location is near highway and you can easily get autos.

The hotel is located very close to the main road and very easy to get any vehicle as required. Krishna janmabhoomi is very close by. The rooms are neat and clean but the size of the room is a bit small. The bathroom was really neat and tidy. The service was prompt. The owner was well behaved and they arranged a car for us to go to Agra as well at reasonable cost.One major problem is that there is no elevator facility.

The service could have been better. The hotel doesn't have restaurant so food is ordered from outside which takes a lot of time before serving. The amenities provided could be improved. No toiletries were provided. But the owner were friendly.
