Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Maintenance & Cleanliness I stayed at Hotel Khems in Ooty for a one-day trip, and my experience was far from satisfactory. The room and facilities were in extremely poor condition: Dirty and poorly maintained furniture: The sofa and blankets had visible dust, dirt, and stains, making them unhygienic and uncomfortable to use. located in walkable distance from the charring cross bus stand.. staffs are so responsive and having good communication. but the room ambience is dull, hot water (for bath) available for limited time only.

Very helpful and polite staff. The room was spacious and comfortable. Nice hotel to stay with family. Highly recommended. Though the Resturant was under renovation, staff was ready to forward help towards basic services.

The staff were polite. Talking about the stay, the room was very small and hadn’t been cleaned properly before check-in. The bathroom door lock was broken, which was quite inconvenient. Their Wi-Fi was extremely poor, and when we reported it, they casually blamed the weather—though our mobile data worked perfectly fine. For the high price we paid, the overall experience was average if not poor and definitely not worth the cost.
