Neat, clean and spacious room with basic amenities available at decent price. Lunch on 2nd floor at reasonable cost is worthed , food is very good (only if you prefer simple home made style)
PS : call the property before arrival as the bhavan have rules of open/close timings.

Hotel is very clean and tidy. Rooms are spacious and bed are very comfortable. Recommend to stay since it in front of river bank. The only thing is since breakfast is complimentary there are no options served, we were just served with small quantity of upma, it was very tasty and healthy though.
Good privacy, Safe and clean.

We booked two delux ac Rooms which was big with best of facilities and godavari view. The hotel location is panchavati and kalaram temple etc very nearby. Food was excellent but need to be booked in advance. Rooms are neat and clean. 24 hrs hot water available. Very good experience. Safe car parking provided.

Pros -
1)Perfect Location just in front of Godavari river front, Temples in nearby walking distance.
2)Ample secured parking lot.
3)Huge rooms and river view.
4)Allowed early check-in at 11.45 AM.
5) Safe and secure for Family.
Cons -
1)Poor Service, Bathroom lock was not working informed at checkin itself but not repaired.
2)Very strict in late check-out,Had to leave by 10.30 or else the charge will apply.
3) Timings for dinner/lunch closes quite early and have to inform prior if needed.
Nice experience,due to location,river view and big rooms.
