Our experience at Khurpatal Lake Inn was far from satisfactory. Here's a summary of the issues we faced during our stay:
Late Check-in: Though the listed check-in time was 1:30 PM, we were only given our room around 2:30 PM — a full hour delay with no proper explanation or apology.
