"a home away from yo" would be the right words for my stay at kia ora. as soon as you enter the property you will get a vibe that you are not away from your home. the ambience is very peaceful. the artworks in the living room as well as the common area reflect the good taste of aesthetics of the owner and eventually enriches the one who stays there. rooms are very spacious and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. bathroom is very neat and clean. there is a balcony from which one can ...more

if you are looking as Home like Food and cool stay ...you should try this .little away from centre of the city Kathgodam Road . little issue in Parking of vehicles rest all is ok.

It was great and Mr Manshul was very helpful with everything, he cooked us yummy chicken and chapati😋. If you're in Haldwani or nearby I will suggest you to stay at Kia Ora and you will not be dissappointed. The comfy bed.😁

Very comfortable stay and all the amenities provided were good, the host Mr. Manshul made sure of everything that the stay was pleasant with goodness of home cooked food. Highly recommended. Rooms gave you the relaxed feeling after the working day, perfect for everyone, be it a business travel or pleasure trip.
