the hotel where we checked in has shifted us to another property, they have actually cheated us by showing pictures of one property and dumped us in a sinkhole. not even bath towels are provided. to get a bath towel we need to call the reception three times. Totally disappointing service and its kind of cheating.

The property is not good and the staff is not available the room is okay but the washroom is not clean and unhygienic. i am not happy to stay there very very bad experience

when reach there reception told me you can take room if you double amount give to hotel.the hotel not reliable for solo travelers as well as for concentrate about value of money.

They relocate you by foot to another stay that's considerably worse - dingy and filthy. The receptionist was on the phone with someone complaining that another guest called the cops on her. Not the kind of place you ever want to stay at.

Totally froud bus Paisa chiy enko or kuch nhi service , Pani ki bolte ka bhi 50r. total mene 1500 diye or uske bdle service ek rupay ki nhi bus Paisa dete rhi unko ye mene ab thak ka sabse bekar hotel dekha bus bill de diya jutha bna kr totaly frod never trust this hotel there receptionist are very worthless job pr kisne rakha esko

booked for luxury room but given small room very less space. waited for 1hr for towel. I am surprised this hotel will provide water bottle on chargeable basis. very bad mangement

Not good. front office behaviour is very bad. not even providing the water bottle. it is chargeable 30 Rs. even small hotels are providing. not recommend this hotel to anyone

It's a good place to stay. The rooms are worthy of the price. Everything is in a good condition. The bed is comfortable, the bedsheets are absolutely clean. AC works properly. Nice bathroom. Electronic system, just a card instead of a key. Nice receptionists. The place is just nearby of the Airport, walking distance. It's 7 minutes walk, easy to reach even with luggage. The restaurant in the hotel serves good food (not too spicy), which is important for westerners. I recommend this hotel and certainly will come back if I need to sleep near the airport.

overall experience was good. but the hotel manager should check the service. the service is too slow. rest is okay.no disturbance and smooth check in.

Location given is wrong. I couldn't spot the hotel even after one hour search. then, I tried to contact the hotel, it is also in vain. So, I booked in another hotel. lost money. 😧
