Mineral water price 30 rupees this hotel and food service charge be extra chargeable this rules doesn't in all over India .....very bad experience

I have been their permanent customer for a few years because of the excellent location of this hotel. I usually stay in Room 102 which is quite spacious and suits me. Food is okay but hospitality needs to improve. They try to save money in petty things like complimentary water bottles, late check outs and welcome drinks. In the case of the front desk, Mr. Rajkumar is good but the new guy needs a lot of training. He is a bit rude with guests and blames them for hiding his incompetency by telling ...more

This is the worst hotel. They are confusing the customers showing beautiful bedroom pictures but they are many years old. You will not find that much of attractiveness that are shown in pictures.Rooms are too noisy. Even I couldn't sleep all the night. There was a lot of noise from nearby rooms and from streets.In their washrooms exhaust fan is like a heavy noise machine, it was too noisy i got headaches.You can definitely find a much better hotel than this in this price and location.So bad experience. Never book this hotel.

Room size is very very small . Only 100 square feet. Incorrect information . Hot water available only for 1 hour . Towels provided were literally completely wet. And the response from hotel staff was due to winter in Delhi, they don’t have dry towels.

Room was good,AC was running with low cooling. too many mosquitos both in room and bathroom. location very near to market and metro. for this amount ok in Delhi
