Had a terrible experience at Kings Villa..The bedsheets, curtains and towels looked unwashed and had stains all over..There were cockroaches and mosquitoes in the room. Washrooms were not clean. Extremely poor hygeine. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here

It was a pleasant stay near Palolem Beach. The hotel is located just a 5 to 10-minute walk from the beach, which was very convenient. I really liked the ambiance of the place. However, since it was the rainy season, the property didn’t seem to be well-maintained. While the stay was overall good, better upkeep would have made the experience even more enjoyable.

Staff behaviour is no so great they do not welcome at all they behave like they are doing some favour by giving you room it all like demand and supply game you will get much better property in this area villa rooms are cosy and smells from inside we live in much better standards in city compare to the villa rooms and toilet they maintain inside. it is not value for money as per my experience they do not provide even water bottle and provide plastic glass in room it's gives so cheap feeling after ...more

Our stay at King's Villa was great from the beginning. Enough parking space, Good rooms, Walking distance to the beach, overall nothing bad I can say about it.

stay was good. ac room was available, staff was very helpful. food in the restaurant is very very delicious. they arrange birthday celebration also and when asked for tour, they also arranged that at good prices.

Amazing property, amazing service, amazing support, amazing food, everything was so on point, so much things to attract for photos, what a location, just 5 mins from the best beach of south goa (palolem beach) our 4 days stay was amazing and me and my family had the beat experience in goa.
