At reception they are without skill people, I called them and given order bcoz I will reach late to check in, receptionist told me to remind me again after one hour. After reaching the hotel he has not given my order to the restaurant at 12:30 mid night I got milk glass in my room after so many follow up.

Dear Team,
I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff were uncooperative and seemed uninterested in helping guests. Any request or question was met with an indifferent attitude, making the stay stressful rather than relaxing.
Additionally, the room conditions were far below expectations. There was a heavy smell of dampness, and visible mold was present in several areas. The musty odor was so bad that it made it difficult to breathe comfortably or get a good night's sleep.

the only good part about the stay was the taste of food served.the service was bad. it took awfull amount of time to get as simple an item as a bottle of water.rooms desparately needs renovation.not worth the price paid for the stay.
