our stay was horrible. the caretakers were extremely rude. the property is also not properly maintained. the food is also not up to the mark and most importantly the caretaker lady is the most annoying and rude lady i have ever met in my life. they should learn some manners and hospitality. i will never recommend this property to anybody.

Room: very decent and clean
Hospitality: not so great, they hardly talk to you. Not a welcomjng body language. We booked for 2 days. Day 1, he said to me, "btw checkout time is at 11:30 am, i was like bruh, we booked for two days.
Workers: Very humble and kind
Parking: They only allow to park inside during night.
Other: There are two gates to enter, one is from restaurant and other is parking gate. If you are coming directly from beach, you may need to enter through restaurant with all the people around you. You may ask them to go through parking gate, which they should open it all the time.

Kinis Bistro is a very cozy and homelike place all the more because the owners immediately make you feel comfortable and welcome the moment you enter there. It's like a home outside home. The food that they (mother son duo Ruchika and Nanak) prepare for you is just mind blowing and an absolute treat to your palate. It's like you keep eating and conversing with them and when time will pass you will not get to know. When you leave the place, you will be carrying loads of memories with you :)

We had such an amazing stay at Kinis Bistro’s and cottages. They have such clean and cozy cottages. Agonda beach is just 100 metres away from the property. They also serve amazing food and drinks. Apple crumble is way too yummy. And the host-Ms. Ruchi is very warm and welcoming. She takes care of all small things and makes you stay even more memorable
