Worst stay experience ever. The staff was really good but the dormitory provided was on the 4th floor and we had to climb as there was no lift. Also the dorm was non AC and it was like an oven even at night with the walls and the bed giving out hot steam. I do not suggest the non ac rooms here

I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY FOR ANYONE, LEAST OF ALL COUPLES OR FAMILIES. For the price they charged, it was a horrible experience. The staff was extremely uncooperative and sly, the guy at the reception talks a lot but did not provide us the amenities promised on the booking voucher. We had booked for a 3 Bedroom AC Flat with attached Washroom, which included towel, toiletries and breakfast (it clearly said so in voucher) . There was NO SOAP, NO TOWEL, room AC was NOT working and even DRIN ...more

First of all they don't clearly specify that I will be getting a dormitory not a separate room. I had to pay 500 RS extra for a separate room. It was ok till now But the room was pathetic there were spider webs all around also the lighting was gloomy A lot of things need to be taken care of.
