rooms are under maintenance. not value for money. breakfast very limited options. staff passive. chairs are broken, ambiance not so good.rooms are small. except location everything is so so. they charge for extra water bottles too..?

Hotel is situated at very good location but slightly overpriced.
Bed springs are in bad condition and it will make you difficult to sleep.
That's very basic thing which I think every hotel should 1st fix!
We ordered sandwiches for breakfast and cockroach was roaming near the plate they served at room.
So hygiene wise I will rate 0 for sure.
Rest of the things like AC, TV , hot water , lift , car parking were Good.

Room was not clean, Washroom Condition was very bed, hotel building is very old, very corner smalling. staff behaviour is nice

Hotel staff is very kind and helpful.
The room is also good. onl problem is bathroom. The water was leaking from shower and the tap. Lot of mosquitoes.

While hotel & rooms are old, still well maintained. Breakfast is tasty & many options are available. Overall a decent business hotel.

Very old property with old staff , bathroom fittings are age old , need to look seriously about hygiene.
bfast was also ok . Spread was too less. Except location, rest all needs improvements.
In same lane , you will get lots of other hotels , try those first

they have kept high rent & if you book a deluxe room, you will get non AC room & to convert to AC they charge high amount which I have paid.I have never experienced such manipulation . The room is ok & services also Ok , nice location . But hotel management should change their mode of operation.
