    Overall stay experience was ok .Positives :-It's a beautiful property sorrounded by lush green beauty,beach is nearby although they have direct access to beach via forest trail which i found is not very safe with kid .However you can access beach by your vehicle in 5 mins .Restaurant facilities were good .Quality of food is good but varieties can be there especially in fruits .Swimming pool is good if view is considered but hygiene lacks a bit .Negatives :- i feel that it lacks amnities like 4 ...more

    the experience at this hotel was highly disappointing and unprofessional. despite booking our stay three months in advance, they failed to provide the requested desirable rooms due to overbooking. we reserved two rooms, yet they placed them far apart, causing significant inconvenience. the manager's rude behavior was unacceptable; instead of addressing our concerns, they blamed us for not booking through their website.for the premium charges they demand, the quality of service was shockingly poo ...more

    It was really an amazing stay at Kohinoor Samudra Beach Resort.. The view of the rooms are truly beautiful and we appreciate the hospitality from the staff. The toy train is one of the best ones which provides a view of the complete resort and also the Bhatye Beach. Food is good but a bit overpriced which is fine Washrooms need to be renovated with the new requirements. Overall Rating - 5 out of 5

    it's really a great place to stay in. The property has activities for children. The location is very good. Very near to the sea. Food is very good. Hospitality is nice.

    The rooms are very old..The property isn't maintained at all.The sheets have stains on it . The only good thing about the resort is the location and view. Don't opt for room on ground floor if you want a view of sea. The rooms some renovation now. The bathroom and everything are very old.The bathtub is also in very poor condition. Room and overall experience was pathetic. Not worth staying.

    stay experience was great, location wise it has a mesmerizing view of beach, sunset point. a little distance from actual sea beach, as in rainy season it's private 👣 to beach is not ok. food a bit costlier side. however taste was good. room service was good. staff is very polite.. the hotel is a bit old, but it is in good condition.. some of the activities place need maintenance. overall it was a good stay.. enjoyed a lot with my family.. thank you
