charged me 50% of room ment due to late check-out of 3 hrs. No service to guest is provided. There is a fridge in the reception but guest can't use it. only for staffs. what kind of hospitality is this. The owner also treat their staff with a very rude behaviour.

very bad experience. washroom Toilet was too small (likely invisible). room was not well cleaned and had bad smell also. room quality was also very poor. and staff was not well trained. someone was singing loudly at night onward 1.00 am. overall very poor quality experience we had.. don't recommend anayone..

quite a nice place to stay inside Kolkata. Not far from the main road yet the surrounding is really quiet. room is big enough. The washroom is small but adjustable. The food is really good. it was a nice stay over all

everything was fine just the receptionist face was too unappealing. although the owner is hospitable but the receptionist was not approachable and the face he was making when asked for something was so unpleasant.

Overall this hotel is good, but i told everyone don't follow google map location. Because this location is wrong. But i have one confusion that i don't know why this hotel receptionists click our photos. When I ask them he told me that this is the hotel policy.
