The bedsheets were not at all clean. This is the second time we stayed at this place. Everything else has improved but it's high time they replace the bedsheets.

bed bugs found in a blanket, and the staff is pretty rude and has no sense in talking with a customer,
also, most of the things inside the room, like a light bulb and washroom tap, are broken and rusty, so so old it needs to be fixed...

we booked room for 3 people from 25th to 27th october 2024.unfortunately the crude hotel staff did not even provide us with adequate towels or toiletries in the 2 days we stayed. room was also not cleaned appropriately. the extra bed was provided to us very late. it is very important for the hotel management to have someone courteous at the reception instead who kept repeating the same stuff like a parrot. it would be ideal for the hotel to be renamed as diskomfort as that is what was there for us to see in the 2 days we stayed there.

excellent stay, affordable rate, friendly staff, nice atmosphere
just near the metro, 5min walkable distance for brigade bus stop.. near by church street.
enjoyed a lot, especially the night life...
