It was an amazing experience at Konark Grand..I didn't expect such a hospitality owing to the fact that Mirzapur is a very small & remote place..The staff were very polite & helpful on every front.. Check in experience was marvellous..Food quality is also very good.. Highly recommend this hotel for travellers coming to Mirzapur be it solo or family Everything was simply awesome

we had called in early to inform flight is delayed and we will reach around 11:15 pm. we had requested for dinner to be made and krit for us and were assured that it won’t be a problem. when we reached at 11:25 we were told that the restaurant is closed and we need to manage dinner elsewhere! after 15 minutes of showing that we had called and informed in advance they agreed and managed to put together a meal for us. it was easily avoidable had the person who had taken the call, informed the kitchen staff

Service is very poor specifically Room service. Order taker forgets order and you need call 2,3 times for same order for getting one bottle of water they taken 2 hours to deliver.
