I want 100% refund as hotel is not match as per photo showing , also people are booking for 2 hrs doing wrong activities ,overall poor rating from my side bad sheets not clean

Reception person kept talking on the phone throughout the enquiry procedure.pathethic service.Lift wasn't working.Shabby room.Unclean bathrooms.Dont ever book this hotel for even 1000 rps
