Rooms are very good, and new. Location is quite good as well. The hotel is 5 mins drive away from the colva beach. Staff was good. Restaurant is okayish. Had dinner and breakfast both there, but disappointed in food quality. The breakfast buffet for bad. Breads are of poor quality. Jam and butter were in open containers. I have my worst experience of hotel stay with this booking, I would like to iterate just 1 day experience.Firstly main door of room was locked after too many attempts.2. balcony door lock was broken and could be opened from outside.3. Toilet seat was broken.4. Furniture was broken.5. Damp smell in room.6. No body picked up phone at reception for food order I had to come out and find a waiter to give order.7. I found the overall stay to be average. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing—it was served cold. The standard room was not up to the mark, so I had to shift to a deluxe room, which was comparatively better. While the upgraded room was okay, the overall experience didn’t meet my expectations.

It's a decent hotel but the mattress is not good, it should be a single one rather than 2 separate for a single bed as it creates inconvenience for the child who sleeps in between, the extra bed provided was very hard & the mattress was too hard to sleep, breakfast can be improved in terms of varieties,breakfast is doable but they keep a bread toaster, absence of it makes it difficult to eat cold.

stay is nice, not at all bad
there some are plumbing issues in bathroom, my rooms bed was a lot squeaky
overall its a nice stay, very close to colva beach, all other amenities are nearby.

It's a basically 2 star hotel bz of compromised facilities. In one room the AC fan was making noise, complained about the same at reception, they told me that the AC works like that only. Also the toilet flush was stuck and I was told by reception to pull out the knob each time to arrest the flush water! The bed mattress was old and was caving, so sleep was uncomfortable.
