Nice staff, All arrangements like a family..
Great location. nice rooms.
we have a baby girl 1.5 yrs old and they arrange hot water and also cooked a Cerelac.
best stay in south goa, colva beach, also near a dabolim airport or madgaon railway station.
Thanks to krishna beach resort for helping to us.

the worst stay ever ... they made us change 4 room because of lock problem.. the flush was not working and foul smell was coming from washroom and when we ask for freshner they said use your own.. and kettle was just for showpiece it was not working.. the staff was not attentive... our whole mood got spoiled..

I have my worst experience of hotel stay with this booking, I would like to iterate just 1 day experience.
Firstly main door of room was locked after too many attempts.
2. then balcony door lock was broken and could be opened from outside.
3. Toilet seat was broken.
4. Furniture was broken
5. Breakfast was served ice cold and when complained about it staff denied to change it by saying it not that cold, that was more than enough for me and then I decided to checkout the hotel.
third class, pathetic service.
even asked for refund as I was not staying there but hotel simply denied.

Rooms are very good, and new. Location is quite good as well. The hotel is 5 mins drive away from the colva beach. Staff was good. Restaurant is okayish. Had dinner and breakfast both there, but disappointed in food quality. The breakfast buffet for bad. Breads are of poor quality. Jam and butter were in open containers. I found the overall stay to be average. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing—it was served cold. The standard room was not up to the mark, so I had to shift to a deluxe room, which was comparatively better. While the upgraded room was okay, the overall experience didn’t meet my expectations.
