It's okay, okay. type. But the hotel has no proper entrance. It was like a hurdle ride. Location in front of the horses hub for rides. So a little smelly. At least a property should have an easy entrance. Location within town.

We booked this stay atleast 1 month earlier. But at the time of stay we reached there in night approx 6pm. And then there they told us on call that this stay is closed.
They booked our stay at another place . which was way cheaper and 12km away.
We needed to pay more to our cab and then we reached their.
It was really bad experience though. We booked our stay in main market and paid extra money for that.
but in exchange they gave us hotel in side area.
Horrible experience.

below average service and amenities. if you are going in winter, please avoid this place as there is no proper heating facility.
pros - location was in market so it was very convenient. view was beautiful and hot water facility was good.

very bad stay..there was no proper hot water in bathroom, uncleaned electric kettle and even t.v was not working, even there was no tea bag, milk powder and sugar in the room..the cottage has only 4 room in front with no other facilities..location was ok and front garden was good..3/10.

Amazing place to stay at Pahalgam. The view, garden and location (right next to main market) is perfect, couldn't expect anything better.
Rooms are newly done with wooden rustic feel.
The staff is very cooperative and helpful.
Complete value for money stay.
Staff is very helpful and made us feel completely at home.
